Minister of Water Resources and Sanitation, Professor Joseph Utsev on Monday solicited the partnership of the Infrastructure Concession Regulatory Commission (ICRC) with his Ministry in scaling up access to clean and safe water and food production in the country. I MOST VEHEMENTLY oppose those calls for several reasons, including the following: 1. Executive Chairman of the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS), Dr. Zacch Adedeji, on Tuesday, inaugurated a Sub-Technical Committee on Revenue Mobilization, Allocation and Fiscal Commission (RMAFC), to deepen technical cooperation between the two agencies.
