President Bola Tinubu has named Magaji Da’u Aliyu as Managing Director (MD) of the Sheda Science and Technology Complex (SHESTCO) in Abuja.
The institution, is r responsible for conducting research and development in technology and operates a nuclear research facility.
A statement by the Special Adviser on Information and Strategy to the President Bayo Onqnuga said Tinubu in a separate move also appointed Engrineer Adesayo Olusegun Michael as Managing Director (MD) and Chief Executive of the Nigerian Electricity Management Services Agency (NEMSA).
President Tinubu the statement said also named the agency’s board, including Engiineer Aliyu Abdulazeez (executive director, technical), Ikechi Clara Nwosu (chair, south-east), Zubair Abdur’rauf Idris (member), Igba Elizabeth (member, north-central), Sani Alhaji Shehu (member, north-east), Adeyemi Adetunji (member, south-west), Engr. Emmanuel Eneji Nkpe (member, south-south) and Engr. Charles Ogbonna Asogwa (south-east).
Onanuga said Tinubu has nominated Amina Gamawa (representing Bauchi) and Abdullahi Muktar (representing Kaduna) as commissioners to the Revenue Mobilisation Allocation and Fiscal Commission (RMAFC), referring both to the Senate for confirmation.
