American President Joe Biden has ended his reelection campaign following pressure from democratic party members and supporters over his mental acuity and ability to beat Donald Trump in the November presidential elections.

The decision by Biden leaves the presidential race in uncharted territory.

The US President has promised he will speak to the nation “later this week” about his decision.
