Blueprint newspaper nominates Minister Utsev for service delivery award

The Blueprint Newspapers Limited has nominated the Minister of Water Resources and Sanitation Professor Joseph Utsev for the 2024 Outstanding Service Delivery award.

General Manager of the news organization Mr. Aminu Ado who presented the nomination letter to the Minister in Abuja, explained that the nomination was in recognition of his exemplary public service and commitment to efficient service delivery in Nigeria’s water and sanitation sector.

A statement by the Personal Assistant to the Minister on Media and Publicity Terhemen Oraduen said that Blueprint Newspaper noted that the innovative reforms, prompt execution of water and sanitation projects as well as his commitment to transparency and institutional efficiency have significantly enhanced public confidence in government service systems.

While receiving the nomination letter for the award, Minister Utsev expressed appreciation to the management of the organization for acknowledging his unwavering commitment and reforms in the water and sanitation sector.

The Minister promised to remain steadfast in providing access to clean and safe water and sanitation services in collaboration with States and Local Governments as well as development partners.

The 2024 Blueprint Impact Series and awards ceremony will be held on Tuesday next week at the Abuja Continental Hotel.
