A cross section of worshippers at the Love Legacy Chapel International of the United States of America on Sunday joined choruses in prayer for the emergence of a righteous leader in America during the country’s forthcoming presidential election.

The November 5, 2024 American presidential election is tightly being contested between Republican Donald Trump and Kamala Harris of the Democratic Party with citizens sharply divided in support of the two runner candidates.

Head of the Chapel, Apostle (Dr) Williams Shalders told the congregation that the Church of America was falling back in prayer and allowing the devil to mute the mouths of millions of citizens.

Delivering the sermon titled; “A set time has come,”Apostle Shalders read from the book of Psalm chapter 102 and further declared that, “Anything that is good comes with change. Change is necessary. A major change is coming to America, and that change can only come with your prayer.”

“When we see chaos among us, it means we have failed to do our jobs in prayer. The reason we stand for our prayer is because of the search for peace.” the devil has been successful in muting our mouths, we cannot pray anymore. Prayer is a hard thing for believers. The real thing God wants us to do is to pray.

Apostle Shalders also took the worshiper through the book of 2 Kings 6:8. explaining that the Church must sit up in prayer to seek God’s face so that only righteous men and women can take up the leadership of America.

“Lord save America,” was the loud declaration from the Love Legacy congregation church, which has been through 21 days of prayer, fasting, and harvest that begun on September 1, 2024, believing that the church has the annoining of God to break the shackles of the enemy.
